📦 Shipping Policy

Fulfillment Time
All items are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Fulfillment typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the item.

Shipping Time
After fulfillment, shipping times vary by location:
• U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days
• International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order seems delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us at throttleandsoul444@gmail.com and we’ll help however we can. Please note that shipping delays are outside of our control.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style.

We only accept returns if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

If this happens, please email us at throttleandsoul444@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a replacement at no extra cost.

All purchases are considered final sale unless they meet the criteria above. We appreciate your understanding as a small, conscious brand built on intentional design.
